Here at Empirical Development, we do not believe that all engineers are created equal. Each engineer on our team has been hand selected by Kyle and/or Marcus, often sorting through more than 50 applicants for each position filled. Each member of the team has gone through a complicated screening and interviewing process that is designed to ensure they can not only deliver top shelf code but that they are always motivated and excited to be working on your project. With more than 20 engineers on staff, whether you need a fun game, a serious tool or something in-between, we can assure that the best possible people are available and at your disposal.

Design Team

We employ an in-house design team as well as work with some of the most experienced freelance designers in the industry. Depending on the needs of your project we bring some of the most innovative designers to the task. Each designer that we work with has years of experience working with iOS and Mac OS X applications so that you can be sure that your application will fit within the ecosystem.
